Sağlam Drilling & Blasting was founded in 2025. It was built on a strong foundation with the 10+ years of experience of our founder Rıza Sağlam.

MWD is a technology that records and transmits to the surface parameters such as penetration rate, torque, pressure and direction during drilling in real time. This reduces geological uncertainties in mining and tunnel projects, increases safety and improves operational efficiency.

We provide controlled blasting services in underwater infrastructure projects such as port and wharf construction, dam and hydroelectric projects, bridge piers and viaducts, undersea tunnel projects.

We take comprehensive measures to protect surrounding structures, keep noise and vibration values below legal limits, and ensure work safety and environmental safety. Throughout the project, we provide transparent reporting through recordings made with vibration measurement devices; in this process, we collaborate with universities to achieve scientifically supported and reliable results.

Rıza Sağlam is a Master's degree graduate in Explosive Engineering with 10+ years of experience. He has taken part in large-scale projects in Turkey, Africa, Europe and South America. Sağlam Drilling & Blasting, which he leads, provides safe, efficient and internationally standard solutions with its specialized, experienced engineering staff and qualified blasting personnel in the drilling-blasting field.

We have Explosive Engineer certification, certified diving team and international safety standards compliance certificates. All our work is carried out in accordance with local and international standards.

We apply environmentally friendly and controlled blasting methods, take special measures for the protection of marine life. We use technologies that minimize environmental impact and prioritize environmental sensitivity in all our projects. We work in compliance with national and international blasting standards (USBM, German DIN 4152, etc.); we ensure the follow-up of these standards through continuous measurement, reporting and monitoring mechanisms. In addition, we optimize processes and continuously increase efficiency by making design revisions specific to each project.

We ensure the highest safety standards with full compliance with local and international safety standards, safety priority in every project, continuous safety training and inspections, and use of modern safety equipment.

We follow a systematic process consisting of 1) Analysis and evaluation, 2) Solution design, 3) Implementation, 4) Evaluation and reporting. We maintain transparent communication with the customer at every stage.

We provide services throughout Turkey. We also work on international projects (Africa, Europe, South America). We provide services with our mobile teams according to project location.
